At MASSAGE STATION LLC, it is our intention to provide professional and therapeutic services that are scheduled by appointments only. It is the sole responsibility of the client to request a specific therapist if needed, otherwise referrals will be scheduled accordingly for the specific type of service requested and appointment availability. We value both the time of our team and clientele. The following policies are in place to help you have an effective massage experience.

We ask that you let us know of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged full price. Late cancellations and no-shows will also bear the charge of full price per service. For late arrivals, your session may be shortened in order to keep on schedule or rescheduled to accommodate a future appointment date.  No full or partial refunds will be given.


,We do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are allowed to provide treatment for a specific condition without your doctor’s clearance. It is the responsibility of the client to inform of any medical treatment currently being taken or of any health considerations, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc. Please communicate with your therapist


Professionalism is key. Draping is required during all massage sessions, only the area to be focused on will be uncovered.  Sexual interaction of any kind is inappropriate and will be reported. Client information and email lists are confidential, we do not share our lists with outside companies. Clients under the age of 18 will require guardian consent and direct supervision for massage therapy or bodywork services.


Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session to complete confidential intake forms and/or for consulting about your session. Full payment is due at the time of service. Cash, local checks, or credit cards are accepted. Because the station is not a 'shh spa', please be advised that you may hear noise distractions. Cell phones are asked to be silenced and communications regarding your sessions be kept at a low volume for the considerations of others that may also be receiving treatments.
